Neighbors made and shipped over 40 million pounds of cookie dough last year! We make all of the dough and products from raw materials right here in West Monroe, package them, box them up, sort them, and send them out to our customers throughout the country. We’re always looking to identify top talent who can help in our processes as well as help us design processes and procedures to be more successful. Our fall season was so busy and fast-paced, we decided to design some incentive-based pay structures for teams throughout our facility. That’s right, more money for your hard work! Don’t worry, we have administrative positions available too for those of you who prefer the technology and working behind a computer. These roles are equally important since we wouldn’t be able to achieve the levels of success without all of the hard work behind the scenes.
