Did you know?
Neighbors made and shipped over 40 million pounds of cookie dough last year! We make all of the dough and products from raw materials right here in West Monroe, package them, box them up, sort them, and send them out to our customers throughout the country. We’re always looking to identify top talent who can help in our processes as well as help us design processes and procedures to be more successful. Our fall season was so busy and fast-paced, we decided to design some incentive-based pay structures for teams throughout our facility. That’s right, more money for your hard work! Don’t worry, we have administrative positions available too for those of you who prefer the technology and working behind a computer. These roles are equally important since we wouldn’t be able to achieve the levels of success without all of the hard work behind the scenes. If any of this sounds exciting or peeks your curiosity, check out our openings below.
In addition to the many advantages of different careers with Neighbors, you’ll also be working for a company who you know takes food safety very seriously. With our most recent 3rd-party audit successes, Neighbors has retained its Level 2 SQF Certifications. Just one more reason for our employees to be proud of the work they do!
Our foundation is built upon the tried and true way of doing business. A handshake promise you can take to the bank. Picking up the phone when you call. Listening, understanding and responding with solutions based on knowledge and experience. All by people who believe in and implement this wisdom.
Our philosophy fosters innovation and inspires fresh ideas. Empowering people to build and evolve a new path for integrated, turnkey solutions and fresh product lines. Ordinary marketing becomes extraordinary, and tried and true recipes become modern new cravings.
It’s this perfect recipe of people and innovation that builds relationships you can count on and streamlined processes you deserve.
We are Neighbors. Making good food and making good on promises.
